First: do you actually need this step?
A finishing polish exists to refine away the haze a cutting compound leaves behind. If you used a one-step product, or a light polish on soft paint, or a finishing pad with a moderate compound, you may already be finished — and buying another bottle will not make the paint better.
The step is genuinely necessary in two situations: after a heavy compounding stage on hard clear coat, and after a rotary, where holograms are a real risk. One-step versus two-step covers which route your car needs, and the pairing guide covers what to run it on.
The disclosure nobody makes, and why it matters
A polish containing fillers leaves oils in the paint that hide what the abrasive did not remove. The car looks corrected, and stays that way until the first wash strips the oils and the defects reappear.
Not one maker on this page publishes a filler statement. Water-based products are recorded for two of them — The Final Polish and RUPES UNO Pure — and a water-based formulation is a partial answer, because it limits how much oil can be carried. It is not the same as the maker saying so.

Two makers publish what to run it on
A finishing polish behaves completely differently on a soft foam finishing pad than on a microfiber one, and wool changes it again. Two makers here address that in writing. RUPES state UNO Pure is crafted for compatibility with all tool types. P&S publish three media for Therapy: finishing foam, wool and microfiber.
The other six leave it to you, which in practice means a foam finishing pad, because that is what the category assumes. If you are running microfiber, the two that say so are the safer purchases.
Soft paint is the hardest case
Soft clear coat — most Japanese manufacturers, some German ones — will keep marring under a polish that is too aggressive, so the finishing step is not optional and the product choice is narrower.
Two products here publish scope for that specifically. RUPES state UNO Pure is tailored for very soft or haze-prone paints. The Final Polish is stated for soft clear coats and sensitive paint, and names holograms among its targets, which is the tell of a product written by somebody who has had to fix a rotary finish.

Adam’s Proline JEWEL opens its listing by stating it is intended for professional detailers and requires a business entity and an EIN for trade pricing. 3D describe AAT 502 as designed with body shops in mind, though without a purchase restriction.
Both are buyable at retail. The JEWEL is worth knowing about because the retail price is not the price the product was designed around — which is a different situation from a product simply being expensive.
