Two makers say it in writing
Chemical Guys state Honeydew is safe on paint, wax, sealants and ceramic coatings. Adam’s state Proline SNOW works with coatings, sealants and waxes without stripping them. Those are the two statements on this page, and on a coated car they are the ones to buy on.

pH words, without pH numbers
Four of the five describe themselves as pH-balanced or pH-neutral, and none publishes a figure.
