Ammonia-free is the first thing to check

Anti-static is what keeps it clean
A screen you have just wiped attracts dust again within a day. Chemical Guys, The Rag Company and Adam’s all name an anti-static property, which is what slows that down. Mothers sell theirs on the foam instead: a mist that does not drip or run, which matters on a screen mounted upright in the dash.
Spray the towel, not the screen
The clearest method comes from Adam’s, whose dedicated Touch Screen Cleaner is sold only through their own store and so has no link here. Fold a clean microfiber towel into fourths, mist the towel rather than the screen on anything small enough to spray past, wipe with light pressure, then flip to a dry side and wipe again.
